Jesse Hoberman-Kelly, J.D.

Jesse Hoberman-Kelly was born and raised in Berkeley, California. Jesse attended Vassar College in New York, where he earned his degree in Political Science.  Jesse earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in Washington D.C in 2005.

After graduating from Law School, Jesse was employed by the prestigious California law firm, Kapsack & Bair LLP, where he specialized in criminal defense and DWI/DUI law.  Jesse became a litigation specialist, with expertise in motion practice, jury selection, trial advocacy, and written and oral appeals arguments. Jesse aggressively and successfully represented his clients as one of the state's top performing DUI attorneys.
